We also offer indept Battery Health Analytics using Digital Twins and Spectroscopy techniques namely EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy), Acoustic and RF Spectroscopy. ThinkClock offers lab-based cell characterization service (for performance and uniformity assessment) to the cell OEMs and the battery pack manufactures. We are creating a Cell Benchmarking Database for the commercially available cells using the lab-based characterization data in-order to provide an independent source of truth for the system integrators. We also offer fully characterized recycled cells for second-life applications like battery energy storage at a bargain price from our cell warehouse. While leveraging our Cell Benchmarking Database, we have developed a portable tool CellScope, which can quickly assess the health of a cell using the spectroscopic techniques.
Our Cell store contains a large number of fully characterized Cells, and our CellScope engine will fetch the most-uniform bunch of cells for your Battery configuration along with all the SoH data we have collected for each cell. This will make your life easy by taking away the pain of doing laborious cell-matching before connecting them together into your pack.
We are also proud to offer recycled cells (with fully traceable SoH characterization data) through our CellScope powered marketplace at a bargain price. These cells are sourced from retired EV batteries and other e-waste and they are thoroughly assessed for their state-of-health in our lab. Generally, EV batteries are retired after depletion of around 25% battery life, and they offer a good value for second-life applications life energy storage. Our marketplace aims to establish a circular economy for battery cells in order to save our planet.
